  • I hired Chef Wyatt to cook a private dinner the night I proposed to my girlfriend, Ann. He is a professional and an extremely talented chef. We have a number of allergies that needed to be accommodated (and are not always easily accommodated) and he did not bat an eye. He put together a perfect meal based on our food preferences and allergies. He went to extra lengths to prepare gluten-free items. Additionally, he designed a multiple-course meal that highlighted all of our favorite style dishes. Despite being pulled in multiple directions for multiple courses (for just two people), everything came out fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. He handled every aspect of the meal with grace. He was knowledgeable about every dish that came out and shared with us information about how he put it together. I recommend Chef Wyatt for any event, big or small. He and his team were amazing.
